FAQ
When will the game be released?
When it's ready. However, a demo is planned for late 2025 barring no unforeseen setbacks in development.
What kind of gameplay can we expect?
The game is a blend of simulator and arcade-style gameplay, featuring realistic physics while maintaining fun, arcade-like elements. 80% sim 20% arcade and the most "arcadey" elements optional.
Which platforms will the game be available on?
The game will definitely be available on Steam for PC. Considering console releases, but platforms are yet to be determined.
Will there be character or equipment customization?
Yes! Customization is a planned feature. You'll be able to personalize your skiing experience, though specific details are still in development.
Can we create our own maps?
Custom maps are indeed part of the plans! We're excited to see what the community will create once this feature is implemented.
How can I join early playtesting?
Join the discord community for more information. All of the feedback is tracked and kept there.
How can I provide feedback during the pre alpha and alpha tests?
Your feedback is incredibly important! Once the alpha playtest is released, make your mark on the game in specific channels for feedback in this Discord server.
Will there be different game modes?
Finalizing details, exploring various game modes to cater to different playstyles. More information will be shared as development progresses.
Are there plans for multiplayer?
Yes!
How realistic will the skiing physics be?
Goal is to strike a balance between realism and fun. The physics will be detailed enough to feel authentic, but focused on fun.
Do I have to play as a dog?
You do not, however some characters like BDog will have a unique one of a kind tricks. Don't worry though you can create your own human and cultivate your unique STYLE!
How many people are making this game?
One developer with occasional help from collaborators who help offload some of the work. Things like 3d modelling, VFX, Music, and consultation for system design. Comeback soon to see the great artist who helped this project along the way!
